Delivery and mailing info:
For purchase above $100, we will provide free delivery and deliveries will be done on weekends before 2pm.

Smaller items like ring pillows, guest book pens, guest books, red packets and stickers will be mailed by normal mail at no charge but golden happiness will NOT be responsible for any lost mail. For customers who prefers purchase to be mailed by registered mail will be charged extra $2.20. **From 22/08/09 It is complusory for customers who purchase above $10, to mail items through registered mail

 
 

 

Rental items returned in good condition means, no breakage, lost of items or dirtying of items. An extra $10 will be charged per day for late returns. If items are not returned after 7 days from rental date, it is considered sold. No refund will be entertained. Customers will be responsible for self collection and self return, for customers who prefers us to deliver and collect rental items will be charged $10 nett. Rental items are rented on first come first serve basis.

All arrangements for collection, delivery and mailing will be discussed in detail through phone, emails or msn kindly state which is your preferred communication medium.

An email will be sent for all confirmed ONLINE orders with payment details stated and all payments must be made within 5 days upon receiving confirmation order email. We accept transfers through POSB/UOB/OCBC

For walk in customers, we ONLY accept cash payments or credit card payment
