Terms & Conditions for Buying Favors/ F A Q

Coporate and Hotel  

~ Samples will be available for sale upon request for hotels, at double the retail price. Kindly use the price quoted for 50pcs and below (Amount will be deducted back to you through your first and second order)

~ Payment terms will be 50% cash/cheque upon booking and 50% upon delivery

~ For all confirmed orders no changes will entertained (even if event is called off)deposit will be forfeited

~ Exchanges/ Return will be only be allowed if wrong order has been placed by us.

~ All order will be delivered either (as per requested)

  ~one week before the event

  ~one day before

  ~on the date of event

~ All orders should be placed at least 10weeks before your event, NO orders will be entertained anytime from 10 weeks before your event to ensure the best is delivered

~ Additional orders must be placed 6weeks before your event.

 

Retailers

~ Samples will be available for sale upon request for retailers (kindly let us know your company's name), at triple the retail price. Kindly use the price quoted for 50pcs and below. (Amount will be deducted back to you through your first and second order)

~ Payment terms will be 70% cash/cheque upon booking and 30% upon delivery

~ For all confirmed orders no changes will entertained (even if event is called off)deposit will be forfeited

~ Exchanges/ Return will be only be allowed if wrong order has been placed by us.

~ All order will be delivered one week before the date of event

~ All orders should be placed at least 10weeks before your event, NO orders will be entertained anytime from 10 weeks before your event to ensure the best is delivered

~ Additional orders must be placed 6weeks before your event.

 

Retail

~ Samples will be available for sale upon request, at triple the retail price. Kindly use the price quoted for 50pcs and below 

~ Payment terms will be 60% cash/cheque upon booking and 40% collection (payment can be done through bank transfer)

~ Delivery will be avilable FOC for purchase above $300 and $10 is chargable for orders below $300

~ Should you require packing e.g folding of candy boxes and put candy in all boxes an interest fee of 5% of the total bill will be chargable.

~ Exchanges/Return will be only be allowed if wrong order has been placed by us.

Overseas Retail

~ Samples will be available for sale upon request, at triple the retail price. Kindly use the price quoted for 50pcs and below 

~ Payment terms will be 100% payment upon booking(payment can be done through pay pal)

~ Delivery will be avilable through shipping and prices will be quoted to you.

~ We do not provide assembling services as it is cheaper to ship items by flat packing.
